ITE Canada Undergraduate Transportation Scholarship

The ITE Canada Undergraduate Transportation Scholarship is intended to generate interest for undergraduate studies in the field of transportation. This scholarship is managed by the Future Transportation Leaders Fund.

Value

The scholarship includes $3,000 (CAD) of financial support.

Recipients of the ITE Canada Undergraduate Transportation Scholarship also receive free registration to the annual conference (in the year of the award), reimbursement of travel expenses (up to $1000 if recipient resides outside of conference region, up to $100 if recipient resides within conference region), and recognition at the Annual Awards Luncheon.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• be an undergraduate student in planning, geography, or engineering at a Canadian University
• be a member of ITE (free for full-time post-secondary students)
• be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident

• a covering letter that outlines your interest and ambition in the field of transportation, and how the scholarship award may help you achieve your academic and career goals
• academic transcript (can be unofficial version)
• resume / curriculum vitae
• two (2) academic reference letters

Deadline: Applications are due March 1st, 2026.

Submissions will be reviewed using the criteria below for a maximum possible total of 50 points.
